AMMO started out as an art gallery located in the French Quarter. The idea here was to put quality Contemporary art in a place that would benefit from it. We took this idea and expanded AMMO into a company beyond walls, in search of people and places that understand not only the potential of art, but our genuine need for it.

Curatorial Services for Home and Office
We assist in the selection, placement, or rearrangement of artwork in your home or office. Any works not on display will be carefully wrapped and labeled for your convenience.
Collection Management - Artist Information Management
We will review all of the work in your collection and create a file for each artwork, to include artist biographical information and certificates for collection and insurance purposes.
Restoration & Framing Services
Our framer is Ken Nahan, who has over 15 years of experience in framing. We recommend New Orleans Conservation Guild for restoration of artworks, or can refer you to a specialist for restoration.
Licensing Artwork for Special Projects - Murals, Portraits, and Illustrations by Commission Many of the artists we represent have been commissioned for album covers, portraits, murals, and illustrations.
Career Consultation for Artists
If you are an artist in need of some feedback, resources, writing, or a constructive critique, you can schedule an appointment with AMMO director Mia Kaplan to review your work and get the wheels turning again.
